Since the very first KILLERCATION was in motion in 2019, Rio de Janeiro has been on our MUST GO TO list of cities.

We'll be there in January as the city preps for one of their biggest yearly events: CARNAVAL. Catching some of the biggest samba schools rehearse, visiting one of a kind beaches and immersing ourselves in the culture and its music will make this trip an event that will change your perspective in many ways.

Aside from visiting the iconic spots in our own special way, this KILLERCATION will be non stop from start to finish.

It's a one of a kind fitness retreat.

Vivacious, loud and full of life, Rio already seems like it was made for our community. Aside from our daily workouts we will be incorporating dance into the itinerary. Understanding the history, technique and dynamics of samba, we'll begin to understand how movement is in fact medicine for the soul.
